Ladbrokes Bingo Review 2024
Ladbrokes Bingo is a brand that I’ve largely avoided over the years, mainly because it felt like it just added bingo because it could, but didn’t really care too much about it. I had a Ladbrokes account for betting, but there was nothing special about the bingo offering. It was just a standard Playtech bingo network, nothing special.
However, in 2018 the company was acquired by Entain and in 2020 the site was moved from Playtech onto Entain’s Electraworks platform, where it is now enjoying a new lease of life. In 2021 it became networked with Gala Bingo, which instantly increased the number of players in the rooms and therefore prize money. It also gained access to a bunch of Gala exclusive rooms, such as Coronation Street Bingo.
The site still lacks the personality of other dedicated bingo brands, but overall it is a decent bingo offering and combined with all the other Ladbrokes verticals you can enjoy on the one login (casino, poker, slots, sportsbook) it is definitely one that is safe to try out.

Ladbrokes Bingo Bonuses + Wagering
Without a doubt, the best feature of the Ladbrokes Bingo new customer bonus is that it requires just a £5 deposit and wager. Simply deposit and spend £5 to unlock a £25 bingo bonus.
The welcome offer does however come with some wagering requirements, albeit low ones at just 2x. All things considered, we think this is a really generous deposit bonus.
How To Find The Bingo Games
When you log in the bingo homepage should show some of the bingo rooms just below the main promo banner. You can either use the arrow on the right to scroll through more rooms or simply press the ‘See All’ link on the right to go to the main bingo lobby where every room is available in view.
There is also a sub-navigation menu along the top that has a link to ‘rooms’ (shows all rooms) as well as ‘my favourites’. Each bingo room has a little star in the top right corner which if you click once gets added to your favourites. It is a neat little feature if you end up enjoying a few specific rooms that you can get to more quickly.
If you’ve played at any of the other Entain-owned sites (Foxy, Cheeky or Coral Bingo) the games will feel very familiar. This is because they are all networked, so many are just the same games with slightly different names given to them such as ‘The Attic’ or ‘The Garden’.
‘Cash Out Bingo’ is the same as originally launched on Foxy Bingo but has since rolled out to the entire Electraworks network.

How To Make A Deposit At Ladbrokes Bingo
There is a prominent deposit button at the top of every page so it should be very easy to find. Clicking this opens up the cashier where you can select from the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Debit Card
- Paysafecard
- Trustly
Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your deposit. If you need any help there is a live chat available on the cashier who can answer any questions.
They all have a minimum deposit amount of £5, except for PayPal which has a £10 minimum.
How To Make A Withdrawal
It is relatively simple to make a withdrawal at ladbrokes.com but there isn’t a big ‘withdraw’ button anywhere, so first you need to get to the cashier. You can do this by clicking on your avatar icon which is in the very far top left of your screen. This opens up your account menu.
From here select ‘Banking & Balances’ and then ‘Withdraw’. You can then withdraw to either PayPal, Debit Card or Fast Bank Transfer. I use PayPal and this has a minimum withdrawal of £5 and it says it takes around 2-6 hours to receive your money.
Also, you won’t be able to withdraw to a debit card that you haven’t already made a deposit on in the last 180 days. This is just standard procedure to help combat money laundering.
Free Bingo At Ladbrokes
Ladbrokes has one free bingo room known as The Terrace where they are currently holding a daily free bingo promotion called ‘Free Bingo Nights’.
The promotion is open to depositing players only and has three hours of free bingo games played from:
- 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm
- 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm
- 9.00 pm – 10.00 pm
The amount of prize money differs depending on the time and day of the week, with bigger prizes later in the evening and at weekends. The games play for one line, two lines and full house, as well as 3x ‘roll on’ games. This means there will be 3 winners called after a full house is won.
For full details, including all the T&Cs, go to the Promotions page on Ladbrokes and then scroll down to the bingo section and look for ‘Free Bingo Nights’.
Does Ladbrokes Bingo Have An App?
No. Although Ladbrokes does have dedicated apps for sports betting, casino and slot games it currently does not have one solely for bingo.
The mobile site is perfectly fine for playing bingo on any device anyway, so there isn’t really a great need for a standalone bingo app.
What Is The Grid?
Ladbrokes have a kind of loyalty card which they call ‘The Grid’. I don’t have one myself and judging from the info available on the Ladbrokes website it doesn’t seem like it’s applicable to bingo anyway. The benefits and stuff you get from having a Grid card seem to be related more to horse racing and sports betting than anything else.
If you want to get a Grid card, you can apply for a virtual card by going to your account (click on the avatar icon top right) and then selecting The Grid > Join Grid. You then are asked to click a button to generate a grid card and then choose a PIN number. Once that’s done you can go back to your account and select ‘Grid Home’ to find all the information you need and how it works, etc.
To be honest with you, I found it totally confusing. I guess I’m not someone who frequents the bookies very often, so maybe if you are it will make more sense to you. Certainly, it doesn’t look like anything bingo players need to concern themselves with for now.
Ladbrokes Bingo Contact Details
- Live Chat
- Email (via Contact Form)
- Facebook Messenger
If you are logged in, you can find a Help & Contact section by clicking on the my account icon in the top right.
At first, it will open up an FAQ page with no obvious way to contact someone, but I found if you click through any of the options you’ll eventually be asked “Do you need any more help from us?”. At this point, if you press ‘yes’ it will then give you a link to live chat, an email form and a link to send a private message via Twitter. If you look closely enough there may also be a link to a Facebook messenger based support.
